massive lag spikes, rubber banding, non-responsive server. Invocation not working, can't enter chat after invocation. Come on guys I know you can do better than this.

This happened last maintenance too. You can try to switch instances and see if that helps. Hopefully it will work itself out before I get home from work! lol

reset the ps4 twice now hoping to solve this problem but it hasn't helped.

First, test your internet from one PC.
Test speed, and latency.
- Speed you can test in any website for this
- Latency its a ping test, i use a Texas ip for this.

If this work fine, you can maybe send a ticket, to they see what is going on.

I have "server not responding" insues, and some times lag, and i know is server-side, becouse i already test all, even from other ISP (work), and its the same problem.
So, or in your case is your Internet, or is the Server, or both.

Anyway, you have to fix your side first, to at least decrease the problem.
The ISP can make changes in they "internet rotes" to best performance to you, but you need the IP server, from PS4 is more hard to find-it, need pc programs to view the network traffic, etc.

So, after the test, try the suport, if is all fine there..

Also, if you use Wifi, you can try change the band, becouse many signals (other modens, etc) can make lag your connection or use cable.
