So what is a rough astral diamond boost?

I am returning to the game, and I'm foggy on why I have an icon that says "you have X amount of rough astral diamonds left on your boost" but I have no rough astral diamonds in my currency tab or inventory.

    Now, when you do invocation, you get AD bonus. When you get raw AD from the game (e.g. weekly quest, daily quest, salvage), you get extra 50% AD if you have enough AD bonus to cover that.

    e.g. You have AD bonus 1000. You salvage an item that gives you 2K AD. Now, you will have 3K AD and the AD bonus becomes 0.
    You have AD bonus 500. You salvage an item that gives you 2K AD. Now, you will have 2.5K AD and the AD bonus becomes 0.
