Champion of the North race reroll?

I bought the pack and didn't realize the respec token included was only for powers and feats. So in order to change my race to the new one included in the pack it's an additional 20$ for a race re-roll. That doesn't seem right. Intended?

The race token isn't an actual item. When you log out, check "options" for a race change option when you are on the character selection screen.

It is intended. There is no race reroll in the description of the pack.

It just seems wrong that they will sell you a new race with a power point respec not a race re roll. Maybe put a disclaimer at least. Was the main reason I bought the pack.
