Trickster rogue 2,5k IL no damage please help its incredible

Hi, i have a dragonborn Trickster rogue master infiltrator executioner with good pve build (same as others TR's in my guild with lower item level and they damage is 5X more if i compare with my damage).
I have 2501 item level, my max crit with Lashing blade and First strike 61.000
If i unequip all items, only with weapons equiped i have 370 item level and my max crit with lashing blade is 49.876
If not set first strike as active max crit with lashin blade and stalth is 29.000....
Is my character buged??
In level 57 i have changed drown to dragonborn...
My stats Unbuffed:
Power: 12.201
Crit strike: 7343
AP: 3.550
Crit chance: 44,4%
Crit severity: 75%
Str: 26
Dex: 26
Cha: 14
Please help.
