was told months ago that points would be fixed but i still have no Arc points. anybody else still having this problem?

It is still a known issue, as is evident by the new thread about it that seems to pop up each week. Your best bet is to just hope for the best like the rest of us.

I am sure it is a known issues. However, I think it has become a "we don't care" issue.

It's been an ongoing issue for the better part of 2016 so, yeah, i gave up thinking i'll ever get my "reward".

I don't think we're gonna get our rewards either. Sucks cuz that's the only reason I have an account at all

If it's a we don't care issues as stated above then mail everyone the items they can redeem and do away with this broken waste of space on my hard drive. Others have already redeemed items, even the epic mount. Get it right for Godsake it's simple math here. Admit your programmers can't add whole numbers and get rid of Arc rewards or fix the damn thing. I was written off by your lack of support in my ticket by which was much appreciated.

They have had plenty of time to fix this. I'll give it another month of waiting but after that I'm getting rid of arc. Its ridiculous
