If the exchange rate is 350AD per zen then you will need 350,000 AD for 1000 zen. By running 2 dungeons a day you can get 10-11k per toon... so 140,000 AD roughly for 1 week running both toons... but more toons = more AD. I have 5 toons atm so I can earn 350,000 AD needed for 1000 zen in a week and I would advise anyone to purchase the 2 extra toons for 500 zen before anything else as you can pretty much earn the AD spent back in a week and double your AD from then onwards.
Also if you have never had ps plus get the free trial and then grab the free ps plus pack out of the store. Pretty sure it includes a free toon slot, bag, companion and other great items.
Is the question how long it takes to get the AD required to buy 1000 Zen? Or how long it takes for the transaction to complete once you've already posted a buy request on the ZaX?
The folks above have answered some of the questions on what it takes to get enough AD to trade for Zen. If you already posted a trade request but it's not completing, it could be because your rate isn't competitive with other postings. It could also be that there is a backlog of trade requests (many people want to buy Zen, but only a few are selling). On PC, backlogs sometimes took up to a couple weeks to clear up completely.

You also get 10K for skirmishes as well. So if you run both you get 20K a day. That is 140K per a toon a week. If you have 2 toons that is 280K a week. This does not include other ways to earn AD such as salvaging gear you don't need or selling items in the AH.
null No, I may not have been clear, I want to buy the Zen with real money on ps store then trade it for Ad, I need way more ad quicker then I could possibly earn it. So while the exchange rate is high I want to sell 1000 Zen
So I know people buy Zen and put it in the exchange, so I'm asking them, on average how long does it take u to turn 1000 Zen over ?
Lol that depends on your price, and the current demand.
If you try to sell for higher than the current asking price, it may be some time before someone decides to buy it. If you fulfill an existing Zen buy listing (one where the buyer has asked for some Zen at a certain price) it will process instantly (give it a few seconds).
Depending on the current movement in the economy, there can either be an excess or a shortage of Zen in the market. If you want to get the most out of your Zen, wait until there is an event that drives up demand for Zen and watch the exchange rate go up. (Events that contain Zen store vouchers, or release of new items on the Zen store).
Historically, on PC, people have usually found it harder to buy Zen than to sell it, because there is an excess of AD in the market (from a variety of exploits and just the history of NW on PC). That's likely not as true on the new PS4 market.

Usually instantly, depending on what price you set it at.

Check the 'sell' pane, if there's demand for over 1,000 zen at the max price, it'll sell instantly (you're trading with people who have already put their AD up at that price and are waiting for someone to trade their zen). If there's only a couple hundred zen demanded at top price, or you're trying to get more than the top price, you'll need to either wait (could be few minutes, could be weeks, this is a demand issue), or just change the sell price to something lower where there's more demand. The sell pane defaults to the highest "buy" request in AD that's unsatisfied, it could be that there's several thousand zen demanded at that price, or it might be like 20. Check before hitting the 'post trade' button.
