Stand Fast (OP Bulwark Feat) Not Working?

in Bug Reports (PC)
This feat puts up the icon to show it has activated when you stand still, however your displayed defence does not change.

eg I have 40% defence when I stand still or when I move. I should get +5% bonus while standing still.
Obsidian Moonlight - Paladin
Obsidian Oath - Warlock
A whole lot of other Obsidian toons as well.

    The damage resistance buff works, even if it's not displayed in the character sheet.

    Strange that it used to display, but doesn't now.
    Obsidian Moonlight - Paladin
