[PS4] Healadin Skillset + Leveling Tipps?

Hello,

I am thinking about doing a healadin. But I wanted to know, do I level with just "throwaway skillpoints" or do I need a full build and respecc afterwards ?

Also, does anyone have a skillset via http://nwcalc.com ready to show and maybe some tipps about the priority or skill rota?
