I consider myself to be a loyal gamer, I enjoy playing the game daily, I put my hard earned money into this game, I support the game to the full extent. When certain individuals from high popular guilds ruin the content of the game play (3rd party sales, inappropriate chat messages, and glitching the game) it creates issue. Cryptic, Arc or whoever monitors every outcome of false gameplay daily and does nothing about it, you allow 3rd party sites to be posted in the game chat, people bragging that they buy from 3rd party sites and do not get banned, they also stream on twitch bragging, I have been talking and posting in the forums about the issue since the game came out under all my accounts. You guys need to step up your game and handle the situation or you will crash, on contrary to popular belief you will have to pay for your actions.
