Dread ring best place to get res stones?

So I'm trying to save up resonance stones for next 2x refinement and I think dread ring is the best place to get them, in those reward bags from the dailies, is there a better way?

Or better yet the wanderers fortune Insignia bonus.
The armored Lord's polar bear gives it.
Make sure to give all your toons the bonus.
I get a LOT of pearls and peridots.
But no small number of sapphires, and every so often a Opal.
As for the stones, wanderers seems to drop one for me every third drop.
Granted they are lessors or minors.
If you need bugger ones, lock boxes are another route.
Don't forget to do all the invoking you can, to get the coffers.
And I've received blue stones from the invoking bags as well.
Long term the leadership profession starts having tasks at 20+ that gives refining stones
But man, it's a bear to upgrade.
My main has 7 professional slots unlocked, and with 14 heroes cranking away I've been going from level 19 to 20 for about a week now and only about 80% there.
Lastly, the AH.
You'd be surprised at how cheap some of them are on there.
For now. Once double RP hits the AH prices will go up.
Also Dragon Hoards are auto-pickup and I believe the Fey you have to pick up manually.
