    Looks like it. Restart your game using Force Verify and Safe Mode in your Launcher options.

    launcher can't even connect and load the login page. so you can't go to the settings to make those changes.

    it just spits out an error that it cannot connect.

    Happened to me at that time and date on xbox. I can't even login right now
