[PC] Question about secondary stats

Do the percentage additions from things like the blink dog or the underdark campaign boon, drow ambush tactics give a percentage of the stats and subject to the diminishing returns or do they add directly to the percentage damage value? and is this the same with things like the valindra set bonus? Also I heard that with the trapper capstone all control bonus is overridden by the 60% buff is this true?
