[PC] Everforst resist armor kit and acation point gain jewels not working

I have 2 everfrost resist armor kits. One on my pants and one on my shirt. Ever since Sept 15th's patch, the one on my shirt is seen but the one on my pants is not. Also the Action point gain jewels in my +4 ring of brutality, +4 ring of rising power, and Belt of Valindra's guard are also not working since the same patch.
