[all fixed] Bear your Sins and Pillar of Power debuffs

Bear your Sins and Pillar of Power grant 10% Resistance Ignored instead of 10% Damage Resistance debuff.
The debuff is applied correctly at the first hit, then it becomes 10% Resistance Ignored. The debuff of Bear your Sins is applied correctly to the DoT that procs it, but not to other sources of damage.
These ACT reports show the effectiveness of Bear your Sins against a mob with 19,2% Damage Resistance. In the first report my Resistance Ignored is 0% and my Effectiveness raises by 10%:




In this report I have 12% Resistance Ignored. Bear your Sins only raises my Effectiveness until 100% (ACT shows it as a blank spot). The debuff works with Fire of the Gods, the DoT that applied it, until FotG gets refreshed by another critical hit:




Here instead my Resistance Ignored is higher than enemy's Damage Resistance and Bear your Sins is just useless:
