    Between 1 and 7 days depending on the offence - they should've sent an email specifying the length.

    Not sure but when i get one Ill use that time to find a new game XD

    3 days is the first offense then 7 days then it can be permanent its up to Cryptic at that point.

    There is no accurate answer to this that can be found on these forums. This is a question that only Customer Support can answer. If you have not received communication from them, you can contact them by filing a ticket here. Closing this up.
