My game chat is broken

Somehow, I've gotten stuck on the "r3" text entry, and can only enter the letter g. I've closed and restarted the game app with no success.

Suggestions?

So u can only select letters with your right analog stick and only the letter G?

I've been googleling and couldnt find some1 whit a similair problem. Maybe its your ps4 software that is mailfunctioning

Or do you only have this problem when typing ingame in neverwinter? Then the problem may be elsewhere

I rebooted the ps4 and it did not resolve. But, suddenly it fixed itself. Thank you!
