I'm trying to make builds but "that character builder" doesn't have the feat so I want to determine how much HP and RI% I'm gaining from this feat.
I went on the test server and found an old copy from when I was a halfling and did some tests.
I removed all my items and insignias and respecced the character.
With the information we have that every point of CON past 10 gives us 2% HP and 1% RI that means with my 22 CON roll I should gain 24% HP and 12% RI.
These are the HP and RI values before adding CON focus:
29,190 HP
-50% RI
These are the values afterwards:
30,037 HP
-51.8% RI
That way the RI breaks down is possible to easily understand..
.
22 (CON) - 10 = 12
15% of 12 (CON) is 1.8%
So that means the RI is being properly added...
However, the HP seems to be wrong or there's something I'm missing.
I would THINK this is the way the HP bonus would work:
29190 is NOT my BASE HP because it's effected by the CON points. Therefore, I remove the HP that is being added by the CON after 10 points (24%).
24% of 29190 = 7005
29190 - 7005 = 22815
15% (effectiveness boost) of 24% (HP from CON) = 3.6
24% + 3.6% = 27.6%
27.6% of 22815 = 6123
6123 + 22815 = 28308
So how is this properly calculated?
