As the title states, how does dragonborn fury racial work?
I made two new scourge warlocks, dragon born and tiefling, with identical starting rolls. They both have 13% crit. Supposedly the dragonborn should have 3% crit and power. I tried attacking tons of mobs with the dragonborn to see if any buffs proc but no dice. Is this something that just doesn't show up in the character sheet or is it broken?
Edit: Nevermind, figured out it was rating. That's actually kind of terrible but in line with other racials I guess. 4.1 hunter with ~26k power and ~20k crit would see a 1.88% increase in damage and 1.5% critical strike.

critical is flat % not rating and power calculated from base only not buffed one.

What do you mean by crit is flat % not rating? I unequipped all gear on my 31 GF and equipped a item with 50 crit rating. 3% of 50 would be 1.5 but the game rounded up and said I now had 52 crit rating. Same thing happens for power as well.

it is +3% critical chance at is says. means if you have 40% with dragonborn you will have 43%.
Has this been tested? Seems odd for identical level one classes with identical starting ability scores, but different races, to both have the same crit. That would mean it doesn't show up on the character sheet. Odder still that crit rating seems to be improving at 3%.
I will have to test a wood elf when I get home whether there 1% crit is added to character sheet or not.
