PVP Duo Queue with Team Draft Option

I really enjoy the PVP solo queue experiment. I'm back in PVP for the first time since Mod 5. Still, that experience lacks in terms of strategy and team communication. I suggest the following additional queue option:
- 10 man queue group for domination PVP (extend as appropriate to other PVP forms)
- The first two in the queue group become team captains
- Captains can pick their own team (e.g. from guild, alliance, friends, etc)
- Optional "draft mode" enforces that team captains alternate picks as when drafting a sports team
I believe this feature would open up PVP to a large number of players that would enjoy friendly/balanced guild & alliance runs and allow for team strategy and communication that is missing from solo queue. What do you think?
