Double ad and enchantments

I thought it was supposed to start today at 1pm est but I'm not getting double ad

They posted under the general discussion thread that this isn't working and their wizards are investigating it. It seems like every time an event is supposed to start something goes wrong.

Calender showed as 15th for me for the double AD, did not notice enchantment
