[all fixed] Tyrannical Curse, Token of Chromatic Storm, Ambush Drake, Repentant Dragon Cultist

Debuffs provided by Tyrannical Curse (SW skill), Token of Chromatic Storm (artifact), Ambush Drake (companion) and Repentant Dragon Cultist (companion) are incorrectly increased by certain stats and buffs. And when I say "increased" I mean that, for example, Tyrannical Curse gave me 230% debuff instead of 20% when I was buffed by Hallowed Ground, Into the Fray, Pillar of Power and Exaltation. Of course I could reach higher numbers without much effort.
