Serious Endgame Guild for pally/cleric

I'm looking for a decent-sized, very active guild, preferably one that runs on EST, that can help me maximize my characters' builds and help me get the gear I need to be as effective as possible. I'm looking to be a go-to pally or cleric for top-tier runs, willing to respec if I'm built improperly.
I'm 29, and am going to school part time, working part-time, so I have a decent amount of hours per week to log in.
I'm fairly new to MMO's- but am pretty active in the local tabletop RPG community as a "powergamer" or "minmax-er" so that probably tells you a lot about how I want to play Neverwinter. But because I'm new-ish to videogames, I am happy to defer to those who are superior in skill to tell me what to do.
I have a mic, and I'm willing to drop a few bucks on bells and such. Pally has 1.6k IL (only halfway through The Elemental Evil Arc), is level 68. Cleric is level 50-something.
I can try to level the cleric ASAP if that's what is wanted more than the pally, but she isn't specced for damage, as she generally just buffs and heals so isn't an effective solo character at all for leveling (I generally run her with some squishy IRL friends and I'm too shy to try to find a group real-time when I log on)
Let me know if your guild and myself would be of similar mindset.
