racial augmentations and rewards granted to one toon from the life of another granted per life

i was imagining an enchantment or item of some kinf of power maybe even tanacity enchantment that can only be refined from by that enchantment type that you can only get granted 1 per life bound to acount or what ever. after one of your toons reaches a certain level as a reward he can than pass it over to his main or which ever. to refine it and get the bonuse or power or efect. you could have the type of enchantment tailered to the type of class or race or what ever can start stacking different combos manybe even introduce some kind of duel class. what even but this might incoarage players to build more toon play them to a certain level get the reward and then scrach the toon and start over and do same thing or what ever or something new como to inter play.. another thing i was imaganing was that because i only use one item slot for heals basically bay be introduce some kind of ability or power that is just like a normal power but more like a technique or an ancient art with same timming and cooldowns maybe also introduc some kind of duel or multi class kind of efect devide into what ever 3 rune types per art... i just wanted to throw that out there cuz it would be kind of cool to introduce multi life of some kind
