Ps4 missing items

A few days ago I did the quest in icewind dale called feed the mead for the young yeti. My friends were in the party and they did not believe that I received it. So I took a snapshot and sent the picture to my friends of me getting the Yung yeti as proof and after the screenshot I hit take all and received the yeti but it did not appear in my inventory I have tried to go back and re accept it and also I have tried to log out and log back in still no yeti in my inventory I never received the yeti and this is a big problem.
