Missing Mail

So I open my mail took my ad ( or so I thought ) deleted Mail to find didn't get my ad .... Is there any way to get it back plz say so was over a million ad ????

    I didn't lose AD but since I couldn't find the right room to complain and this room talks about losing stuff I'm going to complain here. Well here's the problem my items in my the astral trade market room say they are expired but they haven't returned to me yet through the mail. How do I get them back because I cant take them down either. If you can help it would be great.
