Neverwinter PS4 Campaign progress reset to zero

In the Elemental Evil campaign i finished the Drowned Shore and Reclamation Rock receiving the rewards for it which i still have as well as Assist the harpers, Assist the order of the gauntlet, Assist the lords alliance, assisst the emerald enclave, The form of the dragon, and the power of the dragon in the Tyranny of Dragon campaign but everything has been reduced to zero. is there any way to fix this because redoing all of that progress is greatly discouraging. Please help if possible..
