I think everything is summed up by the topic.
We reached the point it's getting really annoying.
But... I can be more precise:
Friday last week, Neverwinter Gateway went down, respond from Developer in 5 days! Yet there is no official news on website or social media.
Bug report and feedback threads are unanswered for weeks.
There is no ETA, or at least acknowledge post from Devs, so players can know that you at least read about problem they describe.
There are bugs reported many times regarding powers, feats and items that are out there since mod3...
Few months ago there was a promise for topic with updated list of bugs and issues, there is none.
Back in a day we were promised better communication on Devs &players line.
What we got is livestream once a month with nothing new or interesting in it except few nice prizes (Answering questions with "I don't know" and I can't say" does not count).
My question is:
Why you even keep Bug and Feedback forums? So we can share our irritation that nothing is happening and you, dear Devs do not care?

Are they ignoring/don't care? Or are the reports taken in, noted, added to the pile of things that need to be dealt with? There is no way to tell looking from the outside. You put a report in on Monday and complain on Tuesday that it is still an issue. Things take time. Things are prioritized between "immediate" and "it can wait".
As for the Gateway issue, yeah, something should have been said/posted when it was taken down. Not a week after.
