This skill states that it does 350% over 15 seconds. If your weapon damage was 1,000 is that 3,500 each second? Or is it 3,500 over the entire 15s, so 233 hp / sec?

    I think it's the lower number, but it's effected by some healing buffs as well.

    Primarily, this feat was important in earlier mods because it triggered Gift of Haste. Since Gift of Haste got nerfed significantly, Cleansing Fire isn't as crucial anymore. That said, on my heal/buff DC I still put in 3/5 points to stack multiple Heals over Time on everyone to keep them topped up against spike damage.
