Looking for a high level guild that runs epics

Looking for a high level guild that spams epics and have experience or least competent enough to actually do their roles (like a tank actually going out first to tank....) I met far to many noobs that don't know how to properly use their class (you'd think they know going from level 1-70). I am a 2002 GWF pure DPS. I'm new to the game as well so im not experienced in epics i just wish for a guild to do the hardest things in this game with as well as active. And i play and do some dailes everyday! we can talk details on psn or on this fourm i'll be watching both.
