Got a "Pale Horse" stuck in my inventory

Hi,

So here is the problem. I was redeeming think i could from the reward claim agent, and got a pale horse ... except i already had one.
Now this little b... don't want to go away from my inventory. Can't equip it since i have one already, can t delete it, can't even stock it in the bank.

What do i do ? ( i try to send request in game, after 2 week and 3 request still no answer )

Send a request via the ARC support for assistance. You could try to mail it to yourself (will have to be toon_name@handle) - if it allows that, then you can delete the mail...
