GWF Fast Runner VS Armor Specialization

Hello, I Was Wondering If You Had Points To spend between these two heroic feats (let's say 2 points) wich woud be better to choose

Fast Runner : Decrease Stamina drain while Sprinting by 3/6/9/12/15%

Armor Specialization : Increases the effectiveness of Armor Class and Defense by 5/10/15%.

i'm not very sure as if both skills work as intended and if the 6% decrease in stamina drain is worth it or not
as for armor specialiazation i have a few doubts on how it works as it dosn't increase the stats themselves rather it says THE EFFECTIVENESS

so if somene had sone testing before or something please let me know wich of these two are better and explain how they work

Fast Runner WAI too, but it's too costly(5 points for ***) and almost useless in PvE.

Folks run Wrathful Determination builds, try it.

Thank You for your answer i'm actully using WD myself as i see a very good increase in DPS with it (ot tomentio nthere really is no other option) so yeah i've tested fast runner on an alt of mine after wrting this and even with 5 points dosn't seem much of a decrease as i expected it to be

Maybe I'm not being clear. WD offhand bonus increases movement speed up to 20%. So, Battlefury, Fast Runner are virtually useless.

So, does that mean it has a...."initial" movement speed or starts from 0% as intended?

Almost everybody takes AP gain or Stamina. The AC one is not needed and I do not think anybody even knows what it does, it just sounds like it makes you tougher. lol

Each point in Armor class gives .5 damage resistance.
