How do you make winged characters?

You are (painfully) restricted to only what they allow us access to use. According to others I have spoken to, adding any asset would be simple but they restrict it to prevent authors from making better quests. Need help? Click my siggy and join us on Facebook.

I've seen pics that had winged characters, but I'm not sure what base they use...
