My Dragon Artifact is buged
I was using my Heart of red dragon artifact very well in my all characters but now it stop to work and does not do damage, it is buged in my all characters! also it have stopped to throw flaming fire animation, it is happening in my 3 players.
Here you can see htat I am using Heart of red dragon but it dont throw fire and does not do damage:

Other rare issue that start to happening is what artifact recharge time is 140s but some times it shows that recharges at 60 seg or less, in this video you can see that I using my Heart of red dragon and it dont throw fire and then shows recharge time left to use is 32 seg:
