how redeem kenku on alt character?!

I don't know how it won't let me redeem the bundle and kenku is only in the bundle help anyone please!

    Have you already claimed the bundle previously? Only Zen purchased mounts or big packs like "Dragonborn Legend" or "Guardian of Neverwinter" packs have items that can be picked up on alternate toons - this one would have been a 1 character pack, so whichever toon opens it first, is the only one that could redeem again (if it shows up in the rewards claims agent).

    Might is not always right - the powerful sometimes forget that.
