Blank report cards

Can't get one, I have done 20-25 dungeon run (marvelous one) without a drop. I have now over 60 dice, maxed 101 accreditation point but no blank report card. I read there a maximum of one a week, but I did not get one. Maybe I have discard it, but I doubt I have done that. Is it still possible to complete the event or I will miss one week for a report card?
