guild calander or reminder

hey guys .. im new here .. i dont know how to start this but

i have some few ideas

what about a small feature in the Guild for the leaders to be able to set a date in the calendar for cretin event or maybe cretin Run or dragnoos etc

for example ..

im a leader .. i want to set a date in Calendar for the guilds to be on cretin date/time to do 3 hrs run of CN or dragoons

so i will pick a date and time and set it up .. will im done

it will automatically will send mail to everyone which i set that mail myself throuh the mail calendar

and the guilds are able to see our guild events or run ..

and only rank 6 & 7 leaders can do this

once guilds recives the mail .. i wish they can do small sounds effect for it .. like a ring tone that i got a mail diff than PM


..

now maybe someone will say mail is enough !

but sometime people forgets ..

and in our guild we have people from all around the world

diff time zones and diff langues

not all of the read good english

so things more visual could be more helpful

just like how the events for 2x ref pops up in the game when it starts

maybe like that .. or just the calendar for guild reminder will be fine

so we can pick a day for a 12 hrs dragon run for the guild and so on

thats all for now

i have lots of ideas

Imo the Calendar and Mail system could do with massive improvements. There are enough Mail and Calendar clients that work fairly easily which could be used as a basis for improvements.
