Abandoned the quest line leading to unlocking Invocation, can't get it now

Pretty simple, I at some point in my early teens levels abandoned a couple quests thinking no big deal they're just plinky little 84 exp quests. Turns out one of them was the questline that unlocks the invocation power (you know the one where you get all the RaD from) Fast forward to level 43, I've looked around protectors enclave, my journal, blacklake district, the forums, google, nobody know how to get that quest line back.

So I put in a customer support ticket and they've decided this must be some kind of unresolved bug. AKA please give me the quest back manually for the love of the gods.
