So I play as an Anointed Champion but because of the "Prophecy of Doom" power I thought about trying out the Divine Oracle path. The thing is I have found older posts about how this power does not work properly and how it doesn't give action points nor does it instantly recharge if the target is killed. I'm wondering if this is still the case? As well as with Hastening light?

    Hastening light was fixed some time ago but not sure if off hand power was fixed for it. I don't use Prophecy, but I don't remember a fix in any patch notes.
