Server not responding

Hi, I load the Neverwinter game on my playstation4 in about two to three weeks ago, first time on play good, but since updates, I can't seem to get on to play game. It keep said " Server Not Responding" is there something I'm doing wrong, I delete game and load back on but still doing the samething. Is anybody having the same with there ps4 if not what did you do to make it work?

same thing has happened to me. After the update the last few days i cant play properly. I get server not responding every 30 secs and i glitch and has killed me plenty. Im trying to find a number to contact for help

seems there is no number. i put in a ticket and it seems you have to wait for them to respond back to you... Lets see how long this takes..

Same thing happening with me today, the lag is atrocious. I'm getting pretty sick of this to be honest.....

Did anyone get any response from admins if they are working on this? It was even worse for me today.

FWIW it happens all the time for me when I play the game on Xbox one and way less on the ps4. I know that doesn't help cause I don't even know what causes it to happen.

Was bad sunday night - then it was HORRIBLE on Monday until about 8pm est. Not sure what was going on but my whole chat party full of people kept getting booted, rubber banded, strange events etc.

I loaded into Malbogs and discovered I had loaded INTO the room with the dragon. Locked in there. The rest of the group loaded in at the proper spot. Meanwhile my companion decides to take the dragon down on his own and I'm just a healer so there isn't HAMSTER I can do. So as I'm getting spammed by the other random people with "come to us or we vote to kick" I'm attempting to get the dragon to kill me. I finally die, respawn at the beginning, follow the group through the door back to the room I was already in.

Then we can't enter the room because the mobs are already active and keep coming through the walls at us. We couldn't get out of combat to get into the room for combat. So we wiped. At that point the group members started accusing each other of having bad stats so I just left.

Im getting booted a lot lately that's if lag isn't killing me.
Only since this last update.

Called overloaded servers. Think about it, who was off, ME!!! And all the adults and kids. Should clear up today. If you are having FPS issues, turn off your mini map. It makes a huge difference!!!

Cereal? Turning off mini map helps fps? I will def try this as mini map is usless

Haha yes it does. It is weird but my game runs fine for the most part. My guildies on the other hand have lots of fps issues. Told them the same, and boom.

tried removing the maps still get lagged. I noticed this all started happening last week for me. I put in a ticket with "Arc Support" and they still havent fixed it. Told me to "reboot ps4 and restart the client"..... I think im moonwalking more than running now adays. I havent had any issues and have been playing since the game launched; and now just a week or two ago im not just getting this? I believe it was right after a server maintenance. How can we check the ip our server is connected to? I want to try a traceroute or a constant ping to check my connection there

Lots of ppl have joined neverwinter THE servers get overrun they need some more juice or servers wich can Hold more ppl

Yea this isn't going to be fixed any time soon I feel like. If it isn't fixed in two weeks, I'm dropping this game. Real shame as I enjoy it & has good potential but it's pointless to go through these server issues!

The lag is so bad its crazy. Since the last update its almost not worth playing. I think im starting to agree.

It's pretty bad couldn't play the game at all for a hour so I just stopped. The lag was ridiculous, to the point it just started kicking me off that I couldn't log into the whole game.

Also I've noticed it starts to lag when the music slightly cuts off then from there on it'll start cutting off & you'll start lagging. Plus you don't even have to me moving the sound just starts acting up. It's come from enjoyable to dammmmn idk if want to go through this?

Thought it was cool to have a nice mmo on PS4 but I might just now play certain ones on PC which are free & heck load lots better. Or just buy elder on PS4 & call it good.

I'd really like something to get fixed here or EVEN a word from these guys if they are working on it or they'll just start losing gamers.

You running wired or off of wifi?

My game runs like a champ on wifi but some of my buddies have a real issue with their PS4 for some games unless they have it hard wired.

You also could possibly have a corrupt file downloaded. Did you go to systems settings to delete it off library or did you just delete off of the game tile on your dash board ?

One will just keep reinstalling the same file that's saved in the background.If it's corrupt you need to kill it with fire, lol, along with saves etc & start completely fresh.

You may want to call the folks over at Sony Support. They are pretty helpful & will have further possible solutions plus maybe they can look at your system in real time & try to figure out what's acting odd. If Nintendo support can remotely tweak stuff on the Wii U; you'd think Sony can too.

It's wifi & I have good internet connection. I keep my ps4 clean & try to not have lots saved up junk. I just get the server issue that's all it keeps popping up. I'll word it for word when it happens again.

Today from 3pm to 6pm not kick off but only a few lag. Now I just got on again & we will see how it goes.

If all that was issue what you said then it would happen all the time I try to play this game. So that isn't the issue it the servers that this game runs on.

Mine ran fine last night - perhaps it had something to do with whatever occurred with the PSN the other day. Since that ordeal it has been running without much lag for me.

It is funny but when my professions finish and notify me is when mine lags rofl!!! This game. I am wired and set to DMZ with port forwarded. I do have 20U/100D speeds. My area has 2000D but I am not paying 199 a month for that lol.

It was horrible for me last night. Couldn't even get through ToD or EE daily's without getting punted.

Last night ran great but tonight it kicked me off & even directed me to report the issue & all that to PS hopefully those wanks & do something but I dougnt it.

I also just noticed I find it very strange why this game Neverwinter would do their maintenance the same time PS4 is doing their maintenance, so now the lag/server issues could be coming from both. One night it might be PS fault next hour or night could be NW fault. Like seriously the timing for the maintenance with PS4 isn't ideal. Should have done the maintenance for NW a week after PS4 did theirs so that way things could be properly adjusted if need so.

Idk what those specs are mrrky, idk if that's Aussie internet speeds? But I'm around 20mbps internet speed which is freakin decent. I am debating jumping to this other company for $15-$20 more & they offer whoopin 70mbps to 100mbps! So if you lag at that speed clearly something isn't right & wouldn't be your connection lol.

Well damn just looked up the price & Internet spec & its $25 bucks a month for 100mbps! Well I'm a freakin moron for paying $33 for 20mbps! Wow!
