Do you want multi setup for your chars?

The diferences between pvp and pve have grown larger and larger, it's really important that we could have a setup to switch between pvp and pve.
This would include: Gear (artifacts included), Powers, Companions, Mount equip power, mount combat power, mounts + insignias bonus;
The switch would be automatic so no funny people in pvp would use it to switch completly powers in a second. Please add this.

    Lash Urzoth 3.7k GWF, Pr3sTiGe 3k SW.

    I voted yes but i'd rather see it as two complete specs changeable at will out of combat and/or any time we could legally swap all affected powers. Being able to swap between two, or more builds, just in powers terms on some of my characters would be so handy for switching between trash and boss mode.

    Changing feats costs money, there are people that spend x days in "pvp mode" and x days in "pve mode", i would like that but i doubt devs would implement it without a big price behind it.

    If it doesn't affect you dont vote. Would you like me to go on a pve poll "make rings of the underdark more dropable" and vote no? I have 1 rosegold 1 lionsmane i couldn't care less for those trash unfair rings but i dont vote no because it doesn't affect me, next time keep the comment for yourself, i want this happening.
    I would appreciate you to not read my signature, now that you did, dont do it again.

    I don't like the suggested implementation, but the ability to switch gear, powers, anything even if it's JUST powers, would be better than what we have. Should it be limited to pvp though. There's solid reasons just in PvE why you may want to switch up powers.

    For example, boss fights or anywhere where there's no trash to control - for example on CW, AoE is much less important, so switching to single target powers is the way to go. That's just in PvE, so there's a major use for this mechanic across the whole game.

    Why not? That is how they set it up for the original Guild Wars. When making a character you can choose PvP or PvE. Even when you choose PvE the spells and stats change when you go to the PvP arena and battle. Mark Twain once wrote, "Did you imagine the same heaven would suit all sorts of men?". The same applies here.

    Even for PvE this would be useful so that support characters can switch to a DPS spec.

    Rayrdan is just describing dual spec. People have been clamoring for it for ages and the only reason the devs haven't done it is because it would take a lot of work. If anything they'd probably sell extra spec slots and monetize the HAMSTER out of it. They sure as hell aren't really capitalizing on retraining tokens via the zen market because they've been pretty generous with them in events.

    The PVE powers setups it's a diferent case that i did not touch, normally when you exit pvp match you will either be surrounded by mobs or in a empty place, and this garantees you you will have the powers you use to use for those situations(or the oposite), i do support the idea of multi power setup for pve but it's much more complex as all class features/powers would have to be analized in order not to make people abuse powers. These changes would simply take place when; being flagged for pvp, stop being flagged for pvp, without player control. Ofc player would have control wich insignias/powers etc to switch to.

    You would probably have more chances to get a legendary mount from the lockbox than get a "dual-spec" fully released.

    Random vote. I really don't care.

    But custom feats for PvP would be nice.
