Oathbound paladin artifact weapon

On the never winter wiki it shows the golden dragon long sword is available yet in game it doesn't appear anywhere? Other classes have both main and off hand dragon Eaton's yet the OP only has the shield. Anyone know if this is a bug or simply not yet in game?

    Best weapon in the game for all classes is the Twisted Weapon set. If you cannot get your hands on that than the next best one from all I have seen is the Burning Weapon set. Another option for tanks is the Water Artifact or the Earth Artifact set.

    All other sets you can ignore as they have a lower IL which have much lower stats when the weapon is refined up to legendary.

    Twisted is good for everyone except tanks.

    besides that, depends on your build. Water set gives you a 30 second hot, fire refunds a portion of ap, earth boosts defence as long as you stand still... air... well... theres a reason no one farms air ;)
