Enter the Iron Heart (Portal) Bug

Attempted to enter "Iron Heart" via portal in Whispering Caverns. There is no interaction when reaching the portal. This is character specific as my wife was able to enter the portal on her character. I tried restarting the game, changing instances and attempted to enter with and without group - but it still does not show me the option to enter. Help plz!

    Do you have the quest active that asks you to enter the portal?

    I had the quest but the quest continued to [The Upper Vault]. It completed when I stepped near the portal. It even has it checked off for [Enter the Iron Heart] but it never pulled me through to new area.

    That's messed up. Hopefully they can fix it.

    *** SOLVED: To get past this glitch you must abandon the quest and retake it from Jasper Steele. Try again and the portal opened up for me***
