Legendary items

I was getting legendary stuff from the lockboxes but when I race rerolled as a dragonborn, it stopped and started glitching on me. It would show I got the item but it would never be in my inventory. I've opened up about 500 of these things. The first 100 was as a drow and I was getting the legendary stuff. The other 400 was as a dragonborn and not one legendary. Like I said it shows I got the item but never see it in my inventory. Getting annoyed and would like some help with this as my tickets aren't being answered.

Legendary are approximately one in ten thousand drops and epic one in a thousand, the RNG favored you at first, now you will likely have a long dry spell. This happens, there will be streaks of good luck and streaks of bad luck.

Of course, they are ignoring the tickets. There is nothing wrong, you are seeing a pattern where there is none. The race, class etc of your character does not affect quality of the random item you get from a lockbox.

Obviously you didn't read the part that said it shows I got the item but it would not be in my inventory.

I did, but class/races still makes no difference. It seemed like an exaggeration. If you wrote your support ticket that way, it is possible they see it that way too.

I don't know what happened, but it is very unlikely to get a legendary item, much less multiple from 500 lockboxes. They can see the logs of what you were truly awarded, unless you have screenshots, video or something other than your word/memory to contradict the log, they won't be doing anything. So, you need to get them to review the logs.

Make your ticket simple, leave out speculation that can sidetrack the support ticket.

"On this date I opened x lockboxes and recieved x legendary mount packs and/or x legendary companion packs. These items did not appear in my inventory or overflow bag. Please review the logs to confirm and then replace the missing items."

Something like the above, should work.

Ok that makes sense. I didn't get screen shot because I was excited over getting the mount then instantly wtf when I didn't see it in my inventory lol thanks for the info.

I've opened probably over 300 and have never received a legendary item so just be happy you got some. I don't even get epic stuff. I wasted so much money on those keys I should have just bought stuff from the zen market

Edit: obviously it sucks if it's showing you getting something then not giving it to you. i missed that on my first read through

Someone else on the forum had it say they got a legendary and it didn't go to their inventory. So if I ever get lucky enough for it to say I got something legendary I'll be saving screen shots and video.

You make it sound like you were getting legendary stuff like every other box...lol, which I know isn't true. The race you picked has NO impact on what you get from a lockbox. Most things in this game are based on a RNG. Maybe you got lucky early on... Ive been playing on XB1 since release, & in those 17 months, Ive only ever received 2 legendary items, with having opened thousands upon thousands of lockboxes. Now in terms of items not appearing in your inventory, Ive heard that this is an issue on the PS4 side of things
