PS4 - Missing Experience bar

i am on my character and i checked others as well and i do not know if this is a bug but my experience bar is not visible or it is not there and how do you remedy this and i have no idea what is my experience percentage may be on the experience bar which is not showing and all the other things such at mini map and my name with all that and party list and chat box and top right which are icons and just below is events and quests list are all showing except for the experience bar

and i have tried every thing including screen adjustment

and please provide the remedy and i thank you in advance

lol i see that people viewed this and have not made any suggestions or comments but today i discovered the experience bar has been moved and put in a different place and it is condensed instead of being along the bottom of the screen width-wise and i was very used to being at the bottom and now its at where the Avatar of the class profile and i noticed that when i leveled my other character and i discovered where is the new experience bar is located at now and now idk if this is specific to the PS4 version but i have not check the PC version if it has been changed as well

PS4 and Xbox have a different UI setup that PC. PC remains the same.
