Electric Tiger is missing from Reward Claim Vendor

I have the Electric Tiger on 2 toons but when I went too pick it up on a third toon today it wasn't there. It also wasn't there for my friend Jason when he went to get it for his first toon a few hours before. What's going on?

Sadly , It was just a promo event for the first few weeks of the game. If it helps, the Companion should still be available if you linked your arc account to the PS4.​​

Same here I had no idea it was only a limited gift came here looking for the same answer. Tbh I prefer the horses, the animation on the tiger is a bit iffy, poor rider looks like he's having some kind of episode. Was nice having a mount so early tho

Mine is linked and I can't claim it for any new characters. I have it on 3/5 characters

it was a promotion. it is now over the tiger's are no longer in game if you start a new character.no longer at the rewards agent

I agree. I think if one character on your account has claimed it it should be linked to your account for all new characters. I recently bought the dragon pack and made a new character and it sucked not being able to claim the tiger. Had to go buy a horse and it feels so slow

Lol, if not I farmed for that Shadow Wolf for nothing....I just wanted something faster than that old bag of a mare!

I didn't care for the tiger as his riding animation kinda annoyed me, but if he would have gotten me from A to B quicker I would have just bit the bullet & dealt with that jerky rodeo animation it had

Thanks! Though now I almost regret all that time spent earning the event wolf.

Oh well, least he looks neat & has an open 2nd talisman type.

I wanted the wolf and I already have an electric tiger... and a panther, and a fancy horse, and a spider, and another spider...

Maybe what I have is a problem - lol

What is the movement mode for the Free Horse, I thought it was 50% just like the Electric Tiger. I thought the difference between a Green and a White mount was that the Uncommon mounts allow for any Insigna in one of the sockets vs. specific insignas.

I have no idea, but I remember before I put my spider's speed on my free horse the electric tiger was out running me - but not by much. I assumed that the green mounts were faster but only minimally.

I could be wrong though, it definitely was only a personal experience thing - not something I looked up.

It felt like the tigers are faster to me too. Nothing has felt as slow as this horse. The character is slower too though so that might have something to do with it.

I put the 110 movement speed on my starter horse - it entertains me to no end.

I haven't bought any epic mounts yet. Was going to buy Zen but got the dragon born pack instead. Waiting for the exchange rate to come down before converting.

Having the insigna to raise your movement mode by 15% along with two dark enchantments in the utility slot improves character movement enough to be as fast as a 50% movement mode horse.

Didn't occur to me but that could be why my tiger is faster than other people's horses. I just chucked stuff on him in the beginning, it's entirely possible he has a +movement insignia.

New character doesn't have items that can be enchanted yet so has no move boosts. Did buy a new epic mount in the zen store so he can at least move fast on a mount.

I'm not sure if the movement bonus is character only or both, but I fly through stuff all the time. I have two level 8 dark enchantments that soon will be Dragon Hoard enchantments.
