Patch notes for today??? Server update???

I have been monitoring the 'Forums' just like the Shard announcement said, and I don't see any Patch Notes or listing for today's update (which is Tuesday, not the normal Thursday). Did I miss the thread on the forums? Is there an update for when it will be back up?
