Racial Crit Bonus yield Negative crit %

DragonBorn and Wood elf state a racial crit bonus on character screen.
However, on character sheet they show a -%. I.E. Dragonborn gives a -2% on character sheet.

I just checked my alt that has no boon completions. I took off all my items.

It's a Dragonborn with "0" crit and "20%" lower in the list of stats.
