[PS4] Support not answering tickets?

in Peer to Peer Tech Forum
I sent a ticket (160824-003846) a week ago about lost AD and item from the ingame mail box, and i got no answer
from support, also when i contact support through online chat they say they don't know how long it takse to get an answer for a ticket.

Is it always like that? Do they expect people to just forget about thier tickets?

    Support can take several days to answer a ticket, sometimes as long as a week as of lately, as they have been incredibly backed up. You can file a ticket here.
