Where do I get help with a quest? Which forum?

I have searched multiple times in "The Church" and though I get a wheel on the 2nd floor, I cannot figure out how to actually use the ladder in my inventory, though i click use in that spot etc. etc. etc. I am just stuck getting to the second floor and cannot find the quest anywhere, likely because I can't come up with the right set of search words.

I really did not want to post this but I am trying to get some quests ready for my grandson when he arrives this coming Thursday. :-)

He is only 4 but he loves to watch me play Neverwinter, especially when I am fighting BIG anything.

Any help or hint would be greatly appreciated.

A couple screenshots would help jog memory. Can't quite figure out what you're referring to.

Are you saying it doesn't have a name? Even it the Journal?
