Lvl70 respec

Hey all,

Just got 1st char to 70, so used the respec token I had from buyers pack as I wanted to get the powers I use up to rank 4 and ditch what I don't use, but with the tree not letting progress takes until x points had been spent, I can still o my rank 1 power up to rank 4...am I missing something obvious here , as when I look at forum builds they have multiple rank 4 powers .

That's because those builds usually have characters with multiple (after level 70) level ups. At each level up past 70 you can receive a power point, then distribute is as you like. Ahhh that makes sense , was wondering what the exp rewards were for now I hit 70...many thanks pal
